Introduction
Spray polyurea elastic waterproof coating is a new type waterproof coating. A component is isocyanate compounds; B component is amine compounds with chain extender, pigment, and filler, and auxiliaries etc. Construction technology is applied by spraying to mix the two components, generating the elastic waterproof coating.
Characteristics
● Non- VOC content, 100% solid content, environmental friendly.
● Fast curing, no flowing phenomenon, can be easily applicable on curved, inclined and vertical surface etc.
● Not sensitive to water and moisture, not influenced by environment and moisture when applied waterproof coating.
● Thickness can be from 100μm to several cm, preventing from repeated application problem.
● High physical properties, such as tensile strength, elongation, abrasive resistance, anti corrosion ability.
● Long term of heat stability under 120°C, can bear short term of 150°C impact.

Application

Installation instruction
● Use Specialized spraying machine.
● Fast curing, applicable on any curved surface, inclined plane and vertical face, without sagging. Adjustable gel time ranges from 5 to 120 seconds.
● Mixing ratio of A and B is 1:1. Application thickness is from 1 to 10 mm.
● Consecutive coating film, compact, non-sagging, beautiful and practical.
● High working efficiency, with terrace surface 100 m²/ hour.
● Non-sensitive to moisture and water etc. Low influence from environment temperature.

Preparation—pretreatment of substrate—first priming coating—fixing treatment of substrate—second priming coating—spraying polyurea waterproof coating—application of aliphatic polyurethane top coating (for exposure polyurea)
