Feature
1. It can endow fabric with excellent soft, fluffy, plump and smooth hand feeling
2. It has little effect on fabric whiteness
3. Dissolution viscosity low, suitable to soft after finishing of dyeing factory fabric.
Dissolution Method
1. Dissolved in cold water: Firstly take the product by 5%-10% ratio into the 25°C water, and stir 3 to 5 minutes till disperse, then stir by very slow speed to completely dissolve for using(Will have better effect, if soak them into water overnight before stirring）
2. Dissolved in hot water: Firstly take the product by 5%-10% ratio into hot water to stir for 5-10 minutes, gradually heated to 50℃-60℃,then slowly stir till completely dissolve. If stir with high speed, then need 2-5g/l defoaming agent to avoid forming much foam.
Usage Amount
The usage amount depends on the fiber types, fabric appearance and the hand feeling requirement.
General recommend to use 0.2%-0.4% of fabric weight(2%-4% 10% dilution). Excessive amount will
effect synthetic fiber hand feeling.

1. Pls make technological test and choose the best process based on different equipment and fabrics in
order to achieve the best application effect.
2. Pls make compatible test before using together with other softener agent or printing and dyeing
finishing agent in order to achieve the ideal goal.
Comparing with traditional big bead, it has below property
1. very small bead with beautiful appearance
2. It is instant cold water solution, very easy to dissolve in cold water 20-30 degree. It can save the dissolve time and cost.
3. low Viscosity and low foaming, better penetrating, better hard water resistant.
4. low yellowing to fabrics
5. Better for transportation and storage. Can not be stacked to lump even after a long time storage.
6. Good soft and smooth hand feeling.
