Application
DHK310 is fatty acid amide compound, it is suitable for soften finishing of woven and knitted fabric composed of cotton and linen and its blends with synthetic fiber, especial for denim fabric. Can get soft and fluffy hand feeling.
Dissolve method
Cool Dilution:
Pour the softener flake slowly into water(around 30℃) with the proportion of 5-8%, stirring the mixture slowly to split the flakes for 3-5 mins, then leave the mixture aside for 2-4 hrs. After observing the flakes are totally dissolved, re-stir the mixture slowly until a homogeneous emulsion is obtained
Warm Dilution:
Pour the softener flake slowly into room temperature water with the proportion of 5-8%, stirring the mixture slowly about 3-5min, then heating gradually to 60-70℃ and re-stir the mixture slowly about 10-15mins until a homogeneous emulsion is obtained.
Usage
Dipping:0. 3～0.8%（o.w.f） Temperature：40～50℃
Bath ratio：1:10～15 Time： 15-30min
Padding: 2-3g/L, Temperature：30～40℃ One dip-one pad or two dip-two pad
Storage and package
shelf life: 1 year when store in a cool, dry and dark room. Don’t give heavy pressure in order to avoid agglomeration.
